3 Hill sessions this week, totalling about 90 minutes of work. Going well on hills and now in my second week I'm beginning to feel the benefit on my easy runs, feeling strong and energetic. 2 more weeks of hills left, but I have certainly enjoyed the challenge of them, this time around. Have used circuits, continuous running and straight forward up and downs, to give variety. Need a time trial or short road race now to test the form as I look forward to the onset of more formalised speedwork.
