Long run in the hills today. A good 2 hours in duration. Group looking strong. Into the build up now, with the big races ahead. Great to be running on the top of the hills with the panoramic views of Folkestone, Hythe Bay, the Marsh and East Sussex beyond. We truly have a great environment for the outdoors, whether it be walking, cycling or running. More people should get out there.

Training going well at the moment. At the end of another block of endurance and looking to move into the hill phase. Tomorrow I will trial out at a Park Run 5K in order to test the training effect and get some valuable information of where I am now in terms of performance.
